Pen quality is good , you should use private delivery like Bluedart or shadow fax for delivery rather speed post as tracking is difficult and receipt is delayed. I had to personally go to post office to collect it on second day when it was showing that product has arrived but not delivered . If I would have not gone to post office it would have come back to you furthering delaying it
