I've bought the kakuno pen twice before this, for myself, and then for a friend. Love the pen. My old kakuno recently suffered a fall and the nib was bent slightly (though it still writes well). The new one I bought was delivered on time and looks good externally, but it's scratchy and uncomfortable to write with. I'm not sure if this particular pen was a bad product or the quality has decreased over the years but I was severely disappointed. Bumbo is a excellent shop overall, but this time I wasn't happy with my order.
