MUJI Smooth Gel Ink Knock Type Ballpoint pen 10 color set

Very disappointing..
Thought maybe I was wrong in placing the order, but I was right when I had placed the order and it was for pens (including refills).

Thought of the follow-ups being a too cumbersome exercise and hence just dropped it and thus the money gone waste.

I thought I'm going to receive 10 set of colou pen but only received one and it's was refill not ballpoint pen.If it's not pen set then I suggest not to show image of set of color pen please show what we are getting like if it's refill then please show refill images . Thank you.
