Use it for carrying pens, cosmetics, and other accessories up to 6.5" (16.5 cm) long. The bottom of the case pops up when you press it down on a desk, lifting the pens and making them easy to pick through.
When it's time to take the case with you, simply pull the bottom out and zip the lid closed.
